FRIED CASSAVA
Fried cassava is a perfect snack when you are enjoying a cold beer or just as an appetizer. It was the Brazilian Indians' staple diet for centuries.   It is popular all over Brazil and known by different names such as Fried Manioc/ cassava/Yuca/aipim/mandioca in different    parts of Brazil.

FEIJOADA:  National dish of Brazil
"Feijoada" -- a bean potpourri stew cooked with various parts of the pig. It was introduced in Brazil by black slaves as early as the sixteenth century. In the old days, these slaves prepared a meal with beans and parts of the pig not eaten by their masters. Today, the Feijoeda is still very popular all over Brazil and is usually eaten with white rice.
BRAZILIAN ENCHILADAS
Brazilian Enchiladas is a Brazilian pancake popular in northeast Brazil. The pancake can have a variety of fillings. Seafood is a favorite amongst the natives.
CAIPIRINHA
Caipirinha is Brazil's national cocktail, made with cachaça, sugar and lime. Cachaça is Brazil's most common distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane alcohol.
The caipirinha is enjoyed in restaurants, bars, and many households throughout the country. Once almost unknown outside Brazil, the drink has become more popular and more widely available in recent years. Today, it is labeled as one of the 50 greatest drinks of our time.
